💼 Role: Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead
📅 Experience: 2+ yearsWhat You'll Do:
🔧 Leading customer facing activities throughout the technical onboarding process including kick-off, requirements gathering, project playback and feedback sessions.
⚙️ Leading delivery across multiple disciplines, including salesforce configuration, telephone, email, chat, WhatsApp and ETL data integrations.
🔗 Liaising and collaborating with a technical and operational stakeholders within UniQuest.
📋 Solving problems and removing blockers to ensure smooth and efficient implementations.
🛠️ Ensuring quality is maintained by coordinating integration mapping validation, platform testing and User Acceptance.What We're Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of experience configuring the force.com platform including exposure to sales cloud, service cloud, flows, digital engagement and communities/experiences.
✅ Ability to work within core business hours of Western USA and Austrailasia.
✅ Project management experience to deliver 6-12 week onboarding initiatives for customers across the USA and Australasia.
✅ Impeccable customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to various levels of seniority, effectively gather information, solve problems, set expectations and ensure pace of delivery.
✅ Experience with mapping ETL data integrations, previous hands-on configuration using declarative middleware solutions such as Informatica, Mulesoft, Jitterbit and Zapier.
