A Glimpse into Your New RoleAs a Lead Generator / Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your success in this role will drive business growth and contribute to our organization's expansion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify potential customers within target industries.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) with lead details and follow-up actions.
  • Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide basic information about the company’s offerings.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Resilient mindset – ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to meet targets.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial industry or B2B lead generation.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email outreach tools, and automation software.
  • Proven success in setting high-quality appointments that convert into sales.
