Were looking for an elite operator , someone who can balance precision with passion, process with empathy, and strategy with action.THE MISSIONAs Customer Success Manager, your mission is simple:Keep our clients happy, engaged, and getting RESULTS.You will own the end-to-end experience post-sale, ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and set up for success.
