As we scale across new markets, our mobile apps are the heart of how customers, drivers, and businesses experience Muvr.About the RoleWe're looking for a Flutter Developer to take ownership of our mobile experience across iOS and Android. You'll work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to revamp UI/UX, squash bugs, optimize performance, and implement new features that delight users.We move fast, ship often, and expect clean, scalable, and maintainable code. You should bring deep Flutter expertise—and be excited to use AI tools to build smarter and move faster.Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (Dart).

Refactor legacy UI/UX components to modern, responsive, and intuitive interfaces.

Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks.

Work closely with backend (Node.js/GoLang microservices) and design teams to implement new features and real-time experiences (e.g. driver tracking, order updates).

Use device emulators, real device testing, and tools like BrowserStack or Firebase Test Lab to ensure stable releases across platforms and screen sizes.

Write and maintain clean, testable code and modular widgets.

Leverage AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, TestGPT) to generate boilerplate code, auto-document components, draft test cases, and resolve blockers faster.

Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to setting engineering standards.

Collaborate in agile sprints and ship features regularly with minimal hand-holding.

Stay on top of Flutter/Dart ecosystem updates and mobile best practices.

Qualifications

2–5 years of professional experience building cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter.

Strong portfolio or app examples that showcase UI finesse, responsiveness, and performance.

Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, payment gateways, and location-based features.

Familiarity with performance optimization tools (e.g. Flutter DevTools, Android Profiler).

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative dev workflows.

Bonus: Familiarity with GoLang or Node.js-based backend systems.

Bonus: Experience with analytics SDKs, deep linking, and A/B testing frameworks.

Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and documentation practices.
