
Total Rewards Specialist

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards, ideally within a corporate HR setting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas); knowledge of HRIS or analytics tools is a plus
- Highly analytical, organized, and able to manage sensitive data with discretion
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain total rewards topics clearly to employees and managers
