Rosa, Laguna / Rosario, CaviteJob OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs in the Philippines. You will be part of the HR team, ensuring competitive pay and benefits offerings, compliance with local labor laws, and seamless administration of rewards-related processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in compensation & benefits and a passion for using data to drive HR decisions.Your Responsibilities:Compensation & Salary StructureAdminister and maintain salary structures, job grades, and internal pay alignmentConduct regular market benchmarking and participate in compensation surveysSupport compensation planning processes, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustmentsProvide data and recommendations for job offers and internal movementsBenefits AdministrationOversee government-mandated and company-initiated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, HMO, etc.)Coordinate with providers on enrollments, updates, and claims processingMonitor utilization, costs, and vendor performanceAnalytics & ReportingPrepare compensation and benefits reports (e.g., salary movement, benefits usage, cost tracking)Conduct internal equity analyses and flag inconsistencies or gapsSupport audits and internal reviews related to total rewardsPolicy Support & ComplianceAssist in reviewing and updating compensation and benefits policies in line with Philippine labor lawsRespond to employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and company policiesSupport compliance with statutory requirements and reportingCross-Functional SupportCoordinate with payroll, HR operations, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely processingSupport HR projects related to employee experience, recognition, and engagementContribute to process improvement and digitization of rewards processesWhat our Client is Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards, ideally within a corporate HR setting
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas); knowledge of HRIS or analytics tools is a plus
Highly analytical, organized, and able to manage sensitive data with discretion
Good communication skills and the ability to explain total rewards topics clearly to employees and managers
