CoreBridge Solutions is looking for a Product Owner to lead the strategic development of our innovative web-based solutions. This role is ideal for experienced product owners who excel in a flexible working environment, balancing customer needs with business objectives. You will utilize your extensive experience in product development and agile practices to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software products.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Direction: Direct the vision and roadmap of the product, ensuring it aligns with the business's strategic goals and delivers substantial value.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the development stages, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and ensure that best practices in project management are applied effectively within a flexible schedule.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers, business partners, and internal teams to capture and translate business requirements and user needs into actionable development plans.
- Team Facilitation: Participate in and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing clear goals and feedback.
- Quality and Delivery: Monitor the progress of product increments, ensuring deliverables meet the quality standards and functional requirements within designated timelines.
- Feedback Integration: Systematically gather and integrate user and stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance product functionality.
- Experience with digital product management in web environments, preferably with a focus on customer-facing platforms.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner with a minimum of 5 years in product management and 3 years in an agile environment.
- Robust understanding of various software development life cycles (SDLC), with experience in applying methodologies to successfully manage and deliver projects.
- Excellent grasp of user-centered design principles and UX-driven development.
- A portfolio showcasing successful product and feature releases, with a focus on improving customer experience.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Effective communicator with ability to articulate complex product features to diverse audiences.
