Atento is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid Manager Sales Solutions to join our US and Near Shore Sales team. This role is critical in managing and leading the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the development of high-quality, competitive proposals for new business opportunities. The Bid Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, IT, and operations, to create compelling responses that align with client requirements and business objectives. This role is crucial for securing new business and expanding the client base by crafting competitive and compelling proposals that showcase the call center's capabilities. Responsibilities: RFP Management: Oversee the entire RFP process,from initial review to submission. Coordinate responses with various departments (operations, IT, HR) to gather necessary information for RFP responses and pricing and ensure alignment with sales strategy, win themes, and price-to-win. Proposal Development: Draft and edit proposals to ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment with client requirements. Tailor responses to reinforce win themes and company differentiators. Develop BPO solution strategies, workbooks, models, presentations, and proposals. Serve as the pursuit advocate with the Sales Executive who manages the customer relationship. Help lead the pursuit internally, understand the client pain points, and turn client pain points into applicable BPO solutions and proposals that solve client challenges. Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform proposal strategies. Analyze previous RFP responses and client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to gather insights and create a unified proposal approach. Facilitate meetings to develop strategies for specific RFPs and assign tasks to team members. Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Maintain communication with potential clients during the RFP process to address questions and clarify proposal details. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to enhance future opportunities. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the success rate of submitted proposals and analyze data to improve future responses. Prepare reports on RFP performance and recommend strategies for improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in sales, proposal management, or business development, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. Proven experience as a BPO pre-sales bid manager / solution architect or similar role. Experience creating sales presentations and proposals. Experience with AI products is preferred Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong understanding of BPO sales processes, pricing models, industry best practices, and operational levers that drive customer care operations, account performance, and profitability. Knowledge of proposalmanagement tools and CRM software. Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, sales executives, and C-suite executives. Ability to meet short deadlines while managing multiple bids simultaneously.
