About the opportunityWhat's on the menu for you to do:Supports the Workspace Manager in maintaining the overall appearance of the foodpanda office.Will serve as the company's Safety Officer, responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.Coordinates with the third party service providers for housekeeping, security, and building administration.Coordinates with the building administration for building permits (elevator, gate pass, visitors, working permits).Handles the office and pantry supplies inventory and coordinates with the Procurement team.Handles the creation of company ID, access badge and parking access for new hires, agency hires, and selected provincial employees.Supports budget monitoring and tracking expenses for the facilities teamAssists onsite meetings (meals, logistics, etc)Handles the Corporate Fleet (car scheduling)What you need to be successfulWhat do you bring to the table?1-2 years experience in HR or office & admin managementExperience in safety compliance is an advantageWilling to be the company's Safety OfficerWilling to work onsite 3x a weekAbility to pivot in fast-paced environmentA passion for building and creating a great office experience and cultureAbility to work collaboratively and communicate with a variety of personalities and levelsWho we are“To be the most loved everyday food and groceries destination!” - that's our mission at foodpandafoodpanda is the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia, outside of China.
