  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to financial products and services with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide support through multiple channels such as phone, chat, and text in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Navigate multiple systems while following work policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues and work closely with supervisors and team members
  • Maintain high service standards while meeting performance metrics
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Job Requirements:
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Open to split rest days
  • Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
  • Must support a voice-based customer service role
  • Must be able to attend and complete the full training period
  • Willing to work extended hours if required
