The Opportunity at a Glance We're hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support systems improvement and software delivery in the healthcare and disability services sector. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates , employed under a proper PH setup. To succeed, you'll bring strong documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. You'll work with our Lead Business Analyst and software team to refine business requirements, configure systems, and ensure solutions align with the needs of an NDIS-focused healthcare organisation. ???? How You'll Make an Impact Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories or technical tasks Support Salesforce configuration including workflows, custom objects, and reporting dashboards Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validating fixes and ensuring solutions meet requirements Manage IT support tickets and escalate to the Lead BA or developers when required Contribute to discovery and grooming sessions, refining ideas into actionable documentation Create and maintain internal user guides, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role Bring experience with Salesforce or another CRM (highly advantage) Possess strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with multiple priorities Have a proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn from both business analysis and QA disciplines What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms Experience supporting healthcare, disability, or NDIS-related organisations A track record of improving systems or processes in service-based industries ????
