Be the next Technical Account Manager for our Transcom Pasig site.A Technical Account Manager acts as the technical conscience as part of a Client(s) Account Team, and works both pro-actively in terms of providing a technology account plan for and with the Client Account and operationally to ensure ongoing service changes are implemented correctly, with quality and that any service disruption follows the appropriate escalation channels.The TAM is the liaison between Client IT, Client Account Management, Client Business Operations and Transcom IT. The TAM supports one or more Clients as well as can support a global client in multiple clusters, within IT addressing multiple IT Business Partners.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Collaborates with Transcom business operations to understand existing and future business and IT requirements. This collaboration is best established with regularly scheduled meetings with internal operations.Collaborates with Transcom IT Service Development, Innovation teams and IT Business Partner to understand future capabilities and translate to value for the respective Client(s).Creates and continuously maintains and improves a Technical Account Plan in collaboration with IT functions, Operations functions, the Client account team, the IT Business partner and the Client.Collaborates with the IT Service Delivery / SSC to ensure new business / functionality / campaigns are brought into service with supporting documentation, and incidents and changes are managed and escalated correctly.Works diligently to guide changes spanning the IT domains of the Client and Transcom and ensures proper follow-up after major incidents (RCA, communication with client and account team)Follows IT principles, security and general governance rulesTo qualify for this role you must…5 years experience in managing Information Technology team/s or project team2 years experience in a call center environment, with knowledge of industry-specific technology solutions usedExperience working in Account Management with heavy client interactionCandidate must be highly organized and efficient with a strong ability to learn quickly and self motivatedKnowledge on new technology trend (RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and Augmented Reality) preferredWhat's in it for YOUDriven by our "Malasakit" culture, we make certain that our team members are well-cared for.
