- Designing and building engaging employee communications templates and messages for our Learning platform
- Creating and updating user interfaces to enhance learning experiences
- Designing icons, branding and graphics for each course/ program
- Creating and extracting data and insights
- Be the learning platform super user, managing the new users and data integrity
- Upskill and invest to be the Learning System Super User, understanding the behind-the-scenes skeleton and build of the platform, and all workflows and automations created
- Conduct regular system content audits to ensure course library is up to date
- Support the team to update course content & details as required
- Be the subject matter expert on system functionality & options, providing advice and guidance on the best practice and approach to creating solutions within its infrastructure
- Support the Capability team in mapping and consolidating the existing content library
- Support L&D manager in creation of digital learning resources that compliment face to face training programs
- Create automations in administrative systems and process for the Capability & Change team, assisting them in optimising their time and accuracy
- Conduct regular compliance checks/audits of employee completion for all learning pathways/training modules and prepare reporting analysis to the team
- Manage tasks efficiently

- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and data protection, adhering to best practices in safeguarding sensitive information

- Previous experience as a LMS admin
- Experience with Canva & an interest in design
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, high competency in organisation and familiar with copilot usage and application
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self motivated and driven individual, proactive in their approach to work
- Clear, concise and effective communicator verbally and non-verbally
