Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hotel industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Ideal Profile
with Hotel Experience for the same position
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
