Performance Measurement How can we measure performance for this job profile (KPIs/Metrics/Targets) - Takeoff accuracy - how many mistakes are we finding in their work. - Speed - How quickly are they able to turn around standard and simple takeoffs - How much work are they bidding - one full time estimator can bid $10 million of work a year, that is with all estimating duties, the person in this role should be bidding $10-12 million a year easily. - Timeliness - Is pricing provided in time for closing dates - Organization - Is the lead estimator their working with receiving the information in the formatting they require, or are the spending a lot of time revising the takeoffs they receive.
