Qualifications Graduate of Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or any related course At least 2 years of HR experience in timekeeping, recruitment, and government-mandated benefits Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring process Proficient in MS Office applications Detail-oriented, highly organized, and with strong coordination and communication skill Can handle confidential information with integrity Responsibilities Handle employee timekeeping, attendance, overtime, undertime, and leave records Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination of hiring requirements Process onboarding and orientation of new hires Monitor and process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR) Ensure accurate submission and remittance of statutory contributions and required reports Prepare and submit DOLE reports and other compliance documents Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper documentation of employee and government records Prepare and process employee insurance enrollment, updates, and claims Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
