Department RLC Residences Employee Type Probationary A Sales Sr./Training and Development Officer plans, organizes and conducts quality training and skills development programs to ensure that the RPMMC Sales force have the skills and knowledge to compete effectively and meet the company's business objectives. Conducts and in charge of the regular and special Sales Skills Development Training Programs Such As New-hire class for the sales force Salesmanship (Prospecting, Presentation, Closing, and Project Briefing) Sellers Portal RLC Way (Booking sales and processes) Monitors and works with a Sr./training associate to ensure training activities and objectives are met and are well-executed Proposes/develops/executes new and improve existing training courses Coordinate with sales' pre-training requirements for every training account. Assist in the presentation materials and course handouts. Handle communication and course requirements to and from the participants and/or clients and to the resource person. Prepare for after event ( Post training report, evaluation summary) and financial report for each program run. In charge of budget preparation and organizing different Sales Engagement Activities such as: Townhall, Sales Awarding, Team Building, Technical Briefing Maintains and update all training-related calendar/ records/trackers and materials Assists the Training Manager in creating, planning and executing different Sales Training Programs and activities.
