JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate strategic initiatives across real estate development, beauty and wellness, management services and construction business unitsManage the Chairman’s priorities, schedule and key stakeholder relationshipsPrepare board materials, strategic reports, and executive presentationsLead high priority corporate initiatives including Merger and Acquisition activities and strategic partnershipsManage day-to-day priorities of a dynamic executive office; ensure alignment with corporate strategyAct as a central point of integration among multiple businesses, fostering collaboration and cohesion, and serve as central coordination point between all business unitsInterface with key clients, partners, government officials, and industry leadersCoordinate organizational response during critical situationsQUALIFICATIONS:MBA or equivalent advanced business degree from a reputable institution5-10 years experience in supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in diversified business groupsExperience in real estate development, beauty and wellness, construction or professional services is highly preferredExceptional written and verbal communications skills in English and FilipinoProven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, supporting C-Suite leaders in multi-entity environmentAbility to translate high-level directives into coordinated actions across multiple business unitsSkilled in crafting board-level briefs, reports and presentations with clarity and impactMust be willing to work in Katipunan, QC
