- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner to resolve issues and maintain customer loyalty.
- Adhere to provided scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in communication and service quality.
- Document customer interactions, orders, and feedback accurately in the system for reference and tracking purposes.
- Work collaboratively with other customer service representatives and team leaders to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
