If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!YOUR DAY COULD SEE YOU:
  • Answer customer calls promptly and professionally, assisting them with placing orders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Utilize the CRM to input customer orders with precision, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
  • Offer information about menu items, promotions, and specials to customers to assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Recommend additional items or upgrades to customers to enhance their order and increase sales.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner to resolve issues and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Adhere to provided scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in communication and service quality.
  • Document customer interactions, orders, and feedback accurately in the system for reference and tracking purposes.
  • Work collaboratively with other customer service representatives and team leaders to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
