About Us:Location - Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, PhilippinesDepartment - Product R&DFunction - Engineering - Dev & TestWorking Pattern - HybridBenefits -Salary - this will be discussed at the next stage of the process, if you do have any questions, please feel free to reach outAs a Software Engineer, you’ll build and enhance robust web applications using PHP and SuiteCRM, contributing across the full software development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate in an Agile team, bringing a proactive, problem‑solving mindset to deliver well‑designed solutions. Responsibilities:

Build new features across the Beakon EHS platform using PHP, SuiteCRM, and open‑source technologies
Work closely with Development Managers, Team Leaders, and other engineers to deliver well‑designed solutions
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high‑quality features
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, aligned with the product roadmap
Work within an Agile team (e.g. Scrum), supporting sprint planning and delivery
Help diagnose and fix software defects to improve reliability
Write unit tests and documentation to support your work
Share ideas and contribute to team practices and technical decisions

Skills and Experience:

Around 2+ years’ experience in a software development roleExperience building enterprise web applications using PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, and JavaScript
Familiar with PHP best practices and object‑oriented programming
Front‑end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery/AJAX
Exposure to SuiteCRM or SugarCRM is a plus
Comfortable delivering features within a production environment
Experience using Git or similar version control tools
Basic understanding of UX and design principles
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Some experience writing front‑end and back‑end unit tests
Familiarity with Agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum)
Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB
