The Compensation and Benefits Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day Benefits Administration of government mandated deductions such as SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig, Analytical Skills, Communication, Employee Benefits, and Customer Service. Qualifications Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits Analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in HR related roles Proficiency in Excel
