- Engage with wholesale clients (new and existing) via phone, email, and Odoo CRM.
- Qualify leads, present product offerings, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in Odoo CRM.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert interest into active customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs, including revenue and conversion targets.
- Provide market feedback to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Proven B2B sales experience (wholesale or cannabis industry background highly regarded).
- Superb verbal English proficiency
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Odoo CRM experience is an advantage.
- This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
