- Own end-to-end email and SMS marketing strategy: campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation.
- Manage and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
- Write or oversee compelling copy and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance with best practices.
- Report weekly on performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution).
- Serve as the central project manager for marketing initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are organized, tracked, and executed on schedule.
- Plan and launch weekly promotional campaigns across channels in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Manage tasks and workflows using project management tools (Monday, Asana, ClickUp, or similar), maintaining clear accountability and progress tracking.
- Oversee virtual assistants supporting campaign execution, creative prep, and content scheduling.
- Build processes and SOPs that streamline marketing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Cross-Channel Marketing Support
- Support organic social media execution (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, and operations to align campaigns with product launches and availability.
- Assist with affiliate marketing initiatives to drive acquisition and awareness.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing for e-commerce/D2C brands.
- Proven experience managing lifecycle marketing across email and SMS (e.g., Klaviyo), including campaign strategy, automation flows, segmentation, deliverability, compliance, and performance reporting.
- Proven ability to manage and scale email programs contributing to $1MM+ in annual D2C revenue.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including experience with tools such as Monday, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in organic social media management.
- Familiarity with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platform).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting KPIs and adjusting strategy accordingly.
- Excellent copywriting/editing skills with attention to brand voice and storytelling.
- Ability to manage and delegate tasks to virtual assistants or contractors.
- Experience in the collectibles, trading card, gaming, or pop culture merchandise space.
- Background in paid media, SEO, or influencer/affiliate partnerships.
- Basic graphic design or creative direction skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
- Experience with customer loyalty programs or referral marketing.
- Understanding of Google Analytics 4, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling.
- Enthusiasm for trading cards, collectibles, or cryptocurrency.
