As a Customer Service Associate for our Travel Reviews and Bookings account in Camsur, and you'll be handling all booking-related inquiries, including pre-booking questions and assistance with reservations. You will expertly handle cancellations and refund requests, manage amendments and changes to existing bookings, and ensure that customers receive timely booking confirmations. Additionally, youll assist customers with our "Reserve Now, Pay Later" options to enhance their travel planning experience.How Youll Make an Impact:
  • Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding Travel inquiries;
  • Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines;
  • Model and work by the company's core values; and
  • Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.
