OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Fleet Card Marketing and Business Developer is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Unioil's Fleet Card Program by identifying and securing new customers for Unioil Fleet Card as well as design and craft marketing and loyalty programs to attract customers. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding the customer base in the entire Philippines - through strategic marketing initiatives, innovative product development, and strong client relationship management. The position is instrumental in differentiating Unioil in a competitive market by delivering value-driven solutions and forging strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring experience in card systems, marketing, sales, and business development, preferably within the retail, hospitality, or related industries. Responsibilities/Authorities: Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries. Conduct product presentations, lead generation, and participate in tenders and bids. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients managing vehicle fleets. Propose and implement pricing schemes tailored to client needs. Transition secured accounts to Fleet Card Area Sales Executives for ongoing management. Work with the Retail team to grow the volumes of specific retail outlets through acquisition of fleet accounts. Marketing & Product Development Design and implement marketing programs to promote Fleet Card offerings. Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the brand. Develop new product features and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Strategic Planning & Execution Conduct market research and competitor analysis of the fleet card market. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management. Facilitate regular planning and review sessions with the Fleet Card Manager and Sales Management Committee. Contract & Account Management Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Endorse account opening requests and validate proposed selling prices. Ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed. PROCESSES: 1. Facilitate regular discussions with the Fleet Card Manager and with the Sales Management Committee to ensure the proper execution of approved plans, assess progress, and conduct evaluations. 2. Work closely with the Sales Admin Assistant and Fleet Card Systems Administrator to monitor budgets and resource utilization. 3. Coordinate with internal departments (Retail, Commercial Sales, IS, Finance, Credit & Collection) to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing plans. 4. Propose pricing schemes for prospective accounts. 5. Endorse account opening requests for approval by the Fleet Card Manager and the Vice President of Sales. 6.
