  • Implement a holistic user journey for end users and retail partners, aligned with global brand strategy and local guidelines.
  • Deliver marketing packages and train internal staff, sales, and external retail partners on marketing concepts and tools, including new product launches.
Commercial Targets and Performance
  • Contribute to steering commercial targets (FC, TGS, margin, etc.).
  • Ensure excellence in execution and optimization of REACT KPIs in the country.
Pricing Management
  • Lead local user and retail price management.
  • Introduce and manage pricing elements to develop pricing excellence.
  • Oversee operative price management and coordinate pricing, including creating and delivering price lists.
  • Manage PROMO share and execute BU PROMO strategy, integrating it into the user journey.
Product Management and Insights
  • Lead local product portfolio and services management.
  • Oversee launch management and optimize product mix (standard, campaigns, promotions).
  • Manage the lifecycle of channel/customer-exclusive products.
  • Provide user and market insights to the BO, SA, and MK organizations to counter segment cannibalization and address product/service gaps.
Logistics and Support
  • Plan logistics for MC, launches, and promotions in collaboration with DM.
  • Support local service portfolio and operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial commercial marketing.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a solid business sense and ownership mentality.
