It's an exciting time to join the team! The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Treasury Support Officer to join our finance team. This entry-to-mid-level role is essential for managing the day-to-day operational requirements around funding, cash management, liquidity monitoring and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the daily funding requirements, and contribute to month-end reporting processes. This role would be suited to someone who is passionate about joining a high-growth scale-up in the fintech space, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do: Funding Operations & Warehouse Facility Management Support the Treasury Manager with the execution and settlement of funding transactions, including drawdowns and repayments across multiple warehouse facilities. Monitor facility balances, ensuring covenant compliance and optimal allocation of funds. Assist with daily and weekly balancing of warehouse facilities, tracking utilisation and eligibility of assets. Prepare and maintain Treasury reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders. Cash Management & Liquidity Monitor daily cash positions and perform bank reconciliations to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and funding requirements. Assist with short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting, identifying and escalating potential liquidity gaps or risks as needed. Forecasting & Analysis Prepare funding forecasts based on loan pipeline and portfolio data to support business planning and facility utilisation. Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling to inform treasury strategy and decision-making. Process Improvement Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline treasury operations, particularly through Excel-based enhancements. Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of treasury and finance procedures. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Solid understanding of treasury, funding, and cash management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Product Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel. High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent organisational abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment in a high-growth, fast-paced setting. Desirable Attributes Experience in a lending, or financial services organisation. Exposure to warehouse facility management, trust structures, or securitisation. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Proactive attitude, strong ownership of work, and a passion for process improvement and continuous learning.
