  • Helps in admin processes and requirements of employees and suppliers/providers to facilitate either efficient, effective payment and/or delivery of services and accounting of such
  • Handles the admin needs of personnel and projects
  • Disburses monthly allocations request for samples and promo materials.
  • Prepares budget, monitors expenses or any funds provided for a project; disburses and diligently accounts for these
  • Prepares documents that will be assigned to her
  • Organize and schedule appointments for the management; handles matters that management assigns to the admin assistant
  • Initiates, plans and meets up with needed personnel to facilitate completion of tasks, projects or other needs, ensuring discussion points and next steps are clear
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for operational efficiency
