- Develop effective media buying strategies
- Manages negotiation with media partners
- Negotiates ad space and time slots with various media outlets
- Negotiates the best cost, quality, and placement of advertisements (i.e.television and radio air time, space within print publications, out-of-home platforms, etc)
- Manages requirements for all detailed plans, packages and implementation reports for assigned accounts
- Coordination of materials for the campaign. Receive asset requirements from creative agency or brand team then forward to media vendor for implementation
- CE Management
- CE Preparation and Submission to Client for alignment and approval
- Updating and monitoring of CE Tracking Files
- Monthly Actualization of CEs
- Media Implementation
- Ensure implementation, results and costs are matching with planned
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Prepare schedules and adjustments when needed
- Coordination with Finance Team
- Monthly alignment with Finance to issue Billing and Invoicing
- Submission of Signed CEs to Finance Team
- Encoding of Actual Cost into Pegasus System
- Alignment with Finance on Billing Status
- Analyzes new platforms and channels
- Works closely with the trading/media buying head
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or other similar fields
- Familiar with media buying, planning, and research (key programs and media tools including Nielsen Arianna, etc)
- Proficiency in office software: MS Word, Excel
- Able to work in a fast-paced industry
- Can work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
