Job DescriptionThe Trading & Accountability Executive mainly negotiates ad space and time slots with various media outlets and makes sure that best cost, quality, and placement of advertisements (i.e.television and radio air time, space within print publications, out-of-home platforms) are implemented according to the best media mix.General Description
  • Develop effective media buying strategies
  • Manages negotiation with media partners
  • Negotiates ad space and time slots with various media outlets
  • Negotiates the best cost, quality, and placement of advertisements (i.e.television and radio air time, space within print publications, out-of-home platforms, etc)
  • Manages requirements for all detailed plans, packages and implementation reports for assigned accounts
  • Coordination of materials for the campaign. Receive asset requirements from creative agency or brand team then forward to media vendor for implementation
  • CE Management
  • CE Preparation and Submission to Client for alignment and approval
  • Updating and monitoring of CE Tracking Files
  • Monthly Actualization of CEs
  • Media Implementation
  • Ensure implementation, results and costs are matching with planned
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare schedules and adjustments when needed
  • Coordination with Finance Team
  • Monthly alignment with Finance to issue Billing and Invoicing
  • Submission of Signed CEs to Finance Team
  • Encoding of Actual Cost into Pegasus System
  • Alignment with Finance on Billing Status
  • Analyzes new platforms and channels
  • Works closely with the trading/media buying head
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or other similar fields
  • Familiar with media buying, planning, and research (key programs and media tools including Nielsen Arianna, etc)
  • Proficiency in office software: MS Word, Excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced industry
  • Can work independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
