Strong candidates have an understanding of software implementations and can support the project team during all phases including the planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring of our AnalytX Technologies.Duties and ResponsibilitiesParticipate in internal assessment meetings with the Med-Metrix Accounts Receivable Services department to ascertain existing workflow processes to develop design documentation in Visio that uses best practice recommendations of the Med-Metrix AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle TechnologyDevelop and demonstrate an understanding of the business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementationResponsible for the translation of Visio documentation to pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) intended for the MMX Development and QA TeamsAbility to problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing resultsAbility to work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to the Med-Metrix project teamSupport of clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deploymentDiagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the MMX Development and QA Teams to ensure all rules and actions are programmed to match processes outlined during designLead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go LiveUse, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standardsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applicationsExperience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagramsAbility to understand complex software applicationsProven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilitiesAble to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.Working ConditionsWork Set-Up: Work From HomeWork Schedule: US hours, night shift; with willingness to work a flexible schedule and outside of the normal work schedule as neededPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
