- Adhere to proposed models by customers in managing customers.
- Answer individual problems, as well as talk to individuals to obtain full understanding of what information are being inquired.
- Document all messages or calls in terms of inquiries
- Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from management organization so call returns are done in a early way.

- Amenable to work on-site
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- With or without BPO or call center experience
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
