The hotel offers spacious guestrooms and suites, the exclusive Horizon Club, world-class restaurants and bars, top-of-the-line recreational facilities, complimentary broadband and Wi-Fi Internet access, and premiere function rooms.We are hiring for a Service Leader - F&B (Japanese Restaurant).As a Service Leader - F&B (Japanese Restaurant), we rely on you to:Maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfactionEnsure guest service levels according to food and beverage brand standardsAssist the manager in order to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in areas under manager's control. * Interact and engage with restaurant guests and maintain high quality service standards
Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit
Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
Consistently look for ways to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Loves interacting with guests
Believes in teamwork
Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
A self-starter and a team player
