This role ensures that service level agreements and operational requirements are met and also acts as primary connection between stakeholders and service delivery teams for alignment on strategic objectives, implementations of key initiatives, and overall activities to support US stakeholders and clients. Description of Responsibilities Provide data-driven insights and analysis to generate improvements on operations, programs, and processes, for effective service delivery to support US stakeholders and clients. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of GBC HR service delivery teams in meeting the agreed service level agreements and business operational requirements. Lead the retention and engagement initiatives for HR service delivery teams to ensure that attrition is manageable and attrition rate is within attrition threshold. Lead the overall talent management initiatives such as annual review activities, succession planning, career development planning and training and development for the whole GBC HR service delivery team. Liaise with US stakeholders and clients on a regular basis to align on key deliverables and priorities of each HR team. Qualifications Working knowledge of US market acquired from previous experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in a shared service environment Able to effectively strategize to address high volume seasons.
