- The Human Resources Manager is an advisor to Country Manager and BU Heads for the HR related matters. He/She reports to HR Director of msg APAC and works with Country Manager and other operations department to support the day-to-day country HR needs.
- HR Manager aligns all the policies and processes as per global guideline and local laws.
- Bachelor or master's degree (in economy, legal, human resources, business administration or similar area)
- A minimum of 14 years of work experience in human resources and in particular in processing payroll (including social security, income tax, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Demonstrated knowledge of local employment and benefits laws and regulations for multiple locations preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and adjust direction and priorities as needed
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
- Resourceful self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in international organizations
- SAP Success Factors experience
