- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors/partners.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear updates and reporting to senior leadership.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, up to date, and stored appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred.
- Proven experience (5–8+ years) managing projects, preferably in Retail Industry and Banking.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to speak Philippine Local Languages ( Taglog, Bisaya Etc.)
- Experience managing technical teams or software development projects.
- Understanding of budget control and financial reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage uncertainty.
- Is unable to work from or be based in the Philippines.
- Lacks the flexibility to align with both local and global time zones when required.
- Is not comfortable managing hybrid delivery models or dynamic project environments.
