You will make a direct impact by: Running monthly policy reports in advance to ensure timely renewal processing. Setting up submissions in the agency system and retrieving renewals from carrier databases. Sending proposals and renewal documents to retail agents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Binding policies and coordinating with accounting for smooth processing. Assisting the CEO in submissions, applications, and marketing accounts to carriers as needed. This Role Is for You If Experience: You have prior experience in insurance, finance, or account management (preferred but not required). You are detail-oriented and comfortable handling repetitive processes with accuracy. Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance databases or agency management systems is a plus. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Non-Negotiables: Night shift availability (10 PM-7 AM PH Time) Based in Cebu City (Hybrid - IT Park) Strong communication and organizational skills Bonus Points: Prior exposure to US insurance or renewals processing. Willingness to learn and grow into marketing and submissions responsibilities.
