Key Responsibilities: * Design and Execute Test Strategies(40%):

Design and develop comprehensive test plans covering all aspects of the Laravel web application, including functional, non-functional, security, and API testing.
Utilize knowledge of the Laravel framework and its functionalities to create effective test scenarios.
Leverage manual and automation testing techniques (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, UI testing) to identify and report defects.
Ensure Quality and Maintainability(30%):
Execute test cases and identify software bugs, defects, and usability issues.
Document identified issues clearly and concisely using bug-tracking systems.
Work collaboratively with the developer to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes.
Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
Automate and Improve QA Processes(30%):
Implement automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk) to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce manual testing efforts.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:Role Requirements:

3 or more years of experience in software quality assurance (QA) testing.
Proven experience with manual and automated testing techniques (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, UI testing).
Proficiency in PHP and thorough understanding of the Laravel framework.
Experience using Postman or a similar API testing tool.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Associate's or equivalent

2-5 years relevant experience

No Management experience

Hardware Required:

This level of hardware is sufficient for more demanding tasks such as browsing multiple browser tabs, video editing, and graphic design.
The hardware requirements for this level are higher than the basic level, and a mid-range computer or laptop will be required.

We only do in-person interviews in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numeric questions to verify your relevant experience.

We will ask you to list out your key responsibilities from your previous companies.
We will then ask you to demonstrate past responsibilities to support your list of key responsibilities and success metrics.
Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trial task (we will provide actual problems/issues we face that you will try to resolve).
Lastly, we will do a final in-person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
