- Design and develop comprehensive test plans covering all aspects of the Laravel web application, including functional, non-functional, security, and API testing.
- Utilize knowledge of the Laravel framework and its functionalities to create effective test scenarios.
- Leverage manual and automation testing techniques (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, UI testing) to identify and report defects.
- Ensure Quality and Maintainability(30%):
- Execute test cases and identify software bugs, defects, and usability issues.
- Document identified issues clearly and concisely using bug-tracking systems.
- Work collaboratively with the developer to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes.
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
- Automate and Improve QA Processes(30%):
- Implement automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk) to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce manual testing efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- 3 or more years of experience in software quality assurance (QA) testing.
- Proven experience with manual and automated testing techniques (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, UI testing).
- Proficiency in PHP and thorough understanding of the Laravel framework.
- Experience using Postman or a similar API testing tool.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Associate's or equivalent
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- No Management experience
- Control is only limited to their own work.

- We will ask you to list out your key responsibilities from your previous companies.
- We will then ask you to demonstrate past responsibilities to support your list of key responsibilities and success metrics.
- Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trial task (we will provide actual problems/issues we face that you will try to resolve).
- Lastly, we will do a final in-person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
