HR Digitalization: Lead the integration of HR digital tools and platforms to streamline HR operations, improve data management, and enhance employee self-service capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred. Three-Five (3-5) years of HR experience, ideally in the hospitality industry or a customer-focused environment. Strong knowledge of workforce management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies. Experience in handling disciplinary processes and employee relations. Familiarity with HR digital tools and platforms; experience in HR digital transformation is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
