We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Team Leader to guide and support our customer service team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and motivating the team to meet and exceed performance targets. Lead a small team to handle customer inquiries, order issues, and after-sales support. Assist the supervisor with team management and training. Deliver training sessions and encourage continuous skill development. Collaborate with management to implement service improvements and processes. Experience in BPO or call center customer service. Good English communication skills. E-commerce, hardware, or software support experience is a plus.' Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
