This role serves as the main liaison between clients and internal departments— ensuring smooth coordination from proposal and planning through to project execution —with a strong commitment to client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growthYour Responsibilities:Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client segments
- Understand client business needs to recommend tailored POS deployment solutions
- Generate revenue by creating and securing client-approved proposals
- Develop strong, long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Revive dormant or underperforming accounts to uncover new sources of revenue
- Collaborate with Operations and other Laborem Business Units to create innovative campaign concepts and service solutions
- Lead end-to-end management of internal resources from design, production and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

- Oversee allocation and delivery POS materials and installations
- Track project timelines, budgets, and ensure quality assurance across all stages
- Coordinate across departments (Sales, Ops, Creative, Production, Finance) to ensure alignment
- Involved Departments - Sales, Ops, S&R (Sales + Creatives + Production wehnever necessary), Finance
- Assist Finance with collection and A/R related issuess
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of RFQ's and cost estimates
- Secure signed CE's or POs prior to deployment
- Proactively resolve issues / concerns encountered from ocular, delivery and / or installation throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain detailed project documentation and post-project evaluations
- Recommend margin strategies to ensure profitability per deployment
- Oversee and coordinate invoicing and billing processes
- Bachelor in Business or Marketing related Degrees
- Preferably Experience working with Accounts in FMCG
- Familiarity with Trade Marketing
