Operating under the Data Center Solutioning and Provisioning Manager, this role ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions while providing technical support and maintaining
compliance with industry standards and regulations. The position is crucial for ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery.Solution Design and DevelopmentDevelop and design customized data center solutions to meet customer requirements and businessobjectives. To ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.Provisioning and ImplementationAssist in the end-to-end provisioning process, coordinating with internal teams and externalvendors.To ensure timely and accurate provisioning of data center services.Technical SupportProvide technical support during the solution design and provisioning phases, troubleshooting andresolving issues. To ensure all solutions meet technical and operational requirements.Customer EngagementEngage with customers to understand their needs and ensure requirements are met througheffective solution design. To maintain high customer satisfaction and alignment with customerexpectations.Compliance and Quality ControlEnsure all provisioning activities comply with industry standards and company processes .To maintain high standards of service delivery and mitigate risks.Documentation and ReportingPrepare and maintain documentation related to solution design, provisioning processes, andtechnical specifications.
