- Manage loan processing from application submission through to settlement.
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy before submission to lenders.
- Collect, verify, and organise supporting documents including financial statements, identification, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all loan documentation meets lender and regulatory standards.
- Track loan applications and proactively follow up with lenders, brokers, and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Manage loan pipelines, tasks, and documentation through the CRM platform.
- Update notes, milestones, and compliance records throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Generate reports and pipeline updates for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, clients, and solicitors to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Provide updates regarding application status and required documentation.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure loan files comply with Australian mortgage lending regulations and lender policies.
- Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Identify potential risks or issues in loan applications and escalate where necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in loan processing workflows.
- Support the development of best practices for documentation, CRM management, and lender communication.
- This role requires successful candidate to be on a hybrid work setup to begin with and will transition to WFH (Our Office is located at Quezon Avenue corner Scout Reyes Diliman QC)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, preferably within the Australian mortgage industry.
- Experience supporting loan applications from submission through to settlement.
- Strong experience working with mortgage CRM systems such as Mercury Nexus, Flex, Podium, SalesTrekker, MYCRM, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with Australian lenders and mortgage brokers.
- Solid understanding of mortgage documentation and loan application requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mortgage processing tools.
- Experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers or mortgage firms.
- Knowledge of Australian lending regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with lender portals and loan lodgement platforms.
