We are currently representing a global Data Centre Operator in seeking an experienced Project Manager to report directly to our Chief Techical Officer- APAC and drive the successful execution of our data centre projects in the Philippines. You'll provide strong leadership, strategic planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction phases of data centre facilities, aligning with company's values and objectives
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Drive project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goalsKey Requirements:
- 5-10 years' construction experience with large-scale projects (>30,000 m2)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management
- Fluency in English and with an ambition to tackle APAC projects eventually
- Proven track record in data centre construction or hyperscale/cloud provider experience
