The Role The Copywriter works closely with the Creative Director and Accounts Team to develop pitches, copy, scripts, and other written content that connects with the target audience and drives action. This role is essential for bringing creative concepts to life and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all client projects. What We're Looking For Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets). Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong awareness of current events and popular culture, with the ability to tap into these trends to create memorable and engaging copy. Must be able to interpret creative briefs and develop compelling, hyper-targeted messaging. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong sense of business communication. The ability to work collaboratively with the entire team, including the Accounts & Creatives Team, in brainstorming ideas. Work Ethic & Accountability: A strong sense of work ownership and accountability.
