- Process the repair, parts, and labor quotation to potential customers of the client.
- Gather and analyze data for potential customers and create reports for the client.
- Conduct research for services repairs and parts in different online sources.
- Update/create databases based on the research done.
- Meet the target goal per day/week/month set by the client.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's/College degree in any field
- At least three (3) years of CSR experience in automotive accounts is an advantage
- Knowledge in Automotive Repair/Car Dealership is a plus but not required
- Experience with voice, email, and chat support
- High degree of integrity - handling of sensitive information e.g. credit card details
- High degree of flexibility- be able to adjust to different work circumstances as the client sees fit
- High ability to self-learn - given the dynamic tasks plus ad hoc tasks where no proper training is given by the client
- Interest in Technology and its emerging line of businesses.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
