Manage 30+ SKUs across Amazon US, CA, UK, and AU. Monitor KPIs (CTR, CVR, TACoS, ACoS, review ratings). Maintain account health and compliance. Deliver monthly performance reports to the COO and CEO.- Listing Optimization & SEO
Own all listing improvements - titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, storefronts. Conduct keyword research and coordinate with our design team on images and mobile-optimized content.- PPC Oversight
Work with the PPC team on campaign strategy. Run regular audits and restructuring. Track TACoS/ACoS trajectory. Weekly search term reviews and negative keyword hygiene.- Customer Experience & Reviews
Monitor review patterns, identify product quality issues, and recommend fixes.- Market Research & Product Launches
Analyze competitors and trends. Propose bundles, variations, and new niches. Validate demand, recommend pricing and positioning.- Inventory & Promotions
Coordinate 3-6 month inventory forecasting with logistics. Manage FBA, Amazon AWD, and 3PL coordination. Configure Coupons, Lightning Deals, and Prime Exclusive Discounts.MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS? 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Private Label brand management
? Proven track record managing 30+ SKUs at once
? Hands-on Amazon PPC experience with measurable TACoS/ACoS improvement (you can independently audit and restructure campaigns)
? Strong analytical skills - Brand Analytics, Business Reports, Search Query Performance, Helium 10
? Deep knowledge of A+ Content, Brand Storefronts, SEO copywriting
? Solid FBA operations background (inventory, listing health, account health)
? Excellent written English (B2+ / Upper-Intermediate minimum)
? Stable internet and a quiet work environment
? Able to work 4-5 hours overlap daily with Hong Kong time (UTC+8)
