Manipulation of service events associated with new contract bookings to ensure proper alignment based on history and contractual term.
- Generate standard and custom reports to monitor workload and service completion.
- Monitor the scheduling efforts of the scheduling team and provide action plans to ensure compliance to contractual agreements.
- Notifying the sales team and/or customers when scheduling attempts have been unsuccessful and work is in jeopardy.
- Work with vendors to ensure they are acknowledging, executing, and invoicing assigned work.
- Obtain billing information for billable work and ensuring appropriate authorizations
- Schedule billable service events and monitor completion so that revenue is received in the month the work was performed.
- Review service completion and ensure timely closure of service events.
- Ensure service level agreements for emergency service events are met.
- Maintaining technician availability so that work can be assigned appropriately.
- Assist with the assignment of service events.
- Maintain customer records to ensure proper site assignments and customer contact information.
- Provide service reports and/or service history to customers/sales.
- Provide coverage support to the scheduling team as needed.
- Manage Service Request lifecycle
- Manage customer and system data
- Other Duties as assigned
Associate Degree or equivalent experienceAdditional / Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate Knowledge of EXCEL
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note)
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
