- Report to office in Pasay City 5x a week (mid/night shift possible)
- Demonstrated expertise in finance operations with Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience (AR/AP)
- Proven track record in finance quality assurance and audit processesAmazon is seeking for a Training and Quality Specialist to join the growing, fast-paced Finance Operations team at Manila. You should be passionate about developing insights, setting high standards, providing information that enables dynamic decision-making. Your primary objective is to ensure teams consistently achieve and surpass quality targets through data-driven analysis, rigorous auditing, and implementation of effective action plans. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, develop comprehensive Path-to-Green (PTG) strategies, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance performance and customer experience.Key job responsibilities
  • Conducts quality audits
  • Delivers process training program advocating positive response rate from internal and external customer
  • Innovates and executes learning solutions to address knowledge and skills gaps to better customer experience
  • Conduct thorough Dive Deep sessions and quality calibrations to identify root causes of performance gaps
  • Supports New Hire certification program
  • Designs, implements and maintains learning materials
  • Modifies training style to accommodate different learning techniques and methodologies in instructor-led training (i.e. Role play, simulation, group exercises and videos)
  • Partners with Team Leads and other levels of management to ensure achievement of learning and development goals, operational goals
  • Tracks learning session's feedback for relevance and impact. Recommends change to existing modules and develops new courses.
  • Identifies training needs based on current performance and provide solutions to address knowledge gaps and skills issues.
  • Supports Transition to Production by observing, measuring and monitoring the analyst as needed
  • Demonstrate agile support through cross-functional collaboration and quick response to emerging quality and training needs across teams
  • Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods or critical business needs, including direct case/accounts processing when required
  • Support and deliver other tasks that will be assigned as required by the business
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree, Banking and Finance, HR, Knowledge Management or Psychology
- Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable background is a must
- 2+ years of working experience related to communication programming and projects
- 3+ years of prior working experience in Training and Quality role.
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written is a must)
- Practice of planning, organizing, and executing the tasks needed to turn a brilliant idea into a tangible project and learning intervention
- Proven track records of creating process improvement projects or interventions.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- - Bachelor's Degree, Banking and Finance, HR, Knowledge Management or Psychology
- - Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable background is a must
- - 2+ years of working experience related to communication programming and projects

- Excellent root cause analysis skills
- Experience with financial systems (Oracle Financials, SAP, or other ERP tools)
- Experience working with multi-cultural, multi-national teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in AI products and solutions
