Benefits Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records. Support in preparing HR reports and presentations. Support in clean-up projects related to updating employee records. Support in the enrollment of new employees to government agencies regarding benefits. Collaborate with team members to address employee concerns and inquiries. Assist in data entry and maintenance of the government ORs in the payroll system to ensure accurate and timely information. Payroll Administration: Participate in special projects related to payroll initiatives like the full syncing project. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records. Support in organizing and archiving payroll-related documents. Participate in cross-functional projects related to process improvements and efficiency. Responsible for payroll administrative tasks and assisting the payroll leads with daily tasks. Assist in updating reports, records, trackers, and databases. Minimum Competencies: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Can work under pressure, aggressive, determined, and a fast learner. Minimum Qualifications: Available to work at least 20 hours per week. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. The ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage. Proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision. Amenable to render on-the-job training for at least 200 - 300 hours.
