- Email Campaign Management: Planning, writing, and executing email campaigns that nurture leads, onboard users, and re-engage customers. While also personalizing contents, and optimizing open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Digital Strategy Execution: Supporting integrated digital campaigns across web, social media, paid ads, and SEO. Also collaborating with content, design, and driving the sales team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitoring of campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and others. Also applying insights, preparing monthly reports and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Content Creation and Management: Draft compelling email copy, landing pages, and social media posts tailored to target audiences while ensuring content aligns with brand voice, tone, and marketing objectives.
- Trend Tracking & Innovation: Stay ahead of evolving digital trends, tools, and technologies. Also recommending and implementing new tactics to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- With at least 5-8 solid years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in tech or SaaS, or B2B
- Proficient in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and analytics platforms
- With solid experience of launching multi-channel campaigns or new product rollouts is a strong advantage
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and can adapt messaging for varied audiences
- Comfortable with data and can translate insights into actionable strategy
- Proactive collaborator and can engage effectively across departments
- Resourceful, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
