• Monitor stock levels and inform the store manager of inventory needs.
• Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle cash or digital payments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store by regularly tidying up and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries, checking inventory for accuracy.
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Support the store manager with inventory management and stock organization.
• Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and sales campaigns.
